Why do I fail to unlock the door via fingerprint or PIN code?
For PIN code Unlock:
1. Make sure the PIN code is correct.
2. If you have set the PIN code's access time, ensure it is within the effective time.
3. If the problem persists, open the Tapo app and reconnect to your device to ensure successful time synchronization.
For Fingerprint Unlock:
1. Make sure the finger you use has had its fingerprint registered.
2. If you have set the fingerprint access time, ensure it is within the effective time.
3. If the problem continues, open the Tapo app and reconnect to your device to ensure successful time synchronization.
4. If the problem persists, clean your finger and register the fingerprint again.
