Recently Microsoft has released a new version of Windows Live Messenger (version 2009 build 14.0.8117.416 or higher).
You can click Show menu->Help->About Messenger to find the version of the live messenger.
During this upgrading MSN has changed its protocol for video conversation. Because of these changes, if you are using this version, you may meet with some problems about the MSN view function.
If you still want to use the MSN view function, we recommend you to downgrade your live messenger to an older version (for example, 14.0.8089).
At the same time, we will keep an eye on forums/other resources to find document/information about the protocol changes to bring the MSN function back. We do appreciate your understanding.
