What can I do if the AVI video is out of sync?

This Article Applies to: 
For IP cameras, we can use the bundled IP Surveillance software to record, play back andsave the records as AVI or ASF videos so that we can watch the records in other media players.
Notes:
If you don’t know how to save video by the bundled IP Surveillance software, please refer to: How to play back the video by IP surveillance
Problem:
The image of AVI format video you saved is not synchronized with its audio;
Solution:
1. Save the video as ASF format instead of AVI;
2. Play back the original DAT video via the bundled IP Surveillance software;

3. Record and save the video from the web-based management page of the IP Camera. PS: this option is only for IE browser.
