What to do if Tapo robot vacuum reports "Sunction Fan Error"?

The suction fan is the main clean component of the Robot Vacuum. Its main function is to suck garbage into the dustbin, and there are 4 adjustable suction powers Quiet, Standard, Turbo, and Max.

If the suction fan of your Robot Vacuum reports errors, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Reduce the vacuum power.

Display the vacuum power at different level.

2. Manually reboot the robot vacuum with its side ON/OFF button.

Note: For RV20 Max/RV30 Max, press the power button on the top for 3 seconds to power on/off the robot vacuum.

Display the power button for RV20 and RV30 series, which is located at the side of the robot vacuum.Display the power button for RV20 Max and RV30 Max series, which locates at the top of the vacuum panel.
