TP-Link Omada | Facebook Wi-Fi Authentication function will no longer be available
Sofia, 12th June, 2023—Due to changes implemented by Meta, the Facebook Wi-Fi Authentication function will no longer be available. This change also includes TP-Link Omada equipment.
- TP-Link Omada controllers version 5.11 or later will no longer support the configuring of Facebook Wi-Fi.
- Starting from 12.06.2023, end-users will no longer be able to log in via Facebook Wi-Fi.
- In addition to Omada equipment, the feature will also become unavailable on the Archer C50/A5 routers.
- We recommend switching to other portal authentication methods.
