    Your Responsibilities:

    • Product owner of our router (gateway) product line, including DSL and Fiber. 
    • Product design: provide clear and complete product documents to R&D team, include software and hardware requirements.
    • Continuous market observation and analysis to derive action lists and product management recommendations.
    • Product life cycle management for our router product line.
    • Work closely with sales and product marketing to develop sales and marketing strategies.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training internally and externally. 

    Your Profile:

    • Completion of technical university degree
    • Professional experience in telecommunications, carrier or IT industry
    • Strong experience in product management, business development or consulting
    • Good knowledge on router products, include fiber optic (FTTH, AON, GPON, XGS-PON), DSL or 5G technology.
    • Good knowledge on IPV6, VoIP and ACS
    • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
    • Presentation and communication skills
    • Willing to travel occasionally.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Join our ISP team to attract and establish business relationships to T1-T2-T3 ISP customers
    • Promote cooperation between TP-Link and ISPs, including but not limited to business development, technology cooperation and co-marketing
    • Link product management, R&D and Internet Service Providers with the aim to recommend and develop appropriate customer solution offerings to the ISPs
    • Work closely with technical team and drive our products to get certified by ISPs’ test centers and get TP-Link into the official partner list of ISPs officially
    • Keep communication with ISPs, learn and gather the information of their planning, including the future products they need and technical details about them

    Your Profile:

    • Minimum 10 years work experience in the ISPs sector
    • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or other related fields would be preferrable
    • Sound understanding of ISPs’ team organization and operating mechanism
    • Project management and relationship experience skills
    • Strong network to wield influence internally and externally of the target ISPs to reach the goals
    • Business fluent in German and English in both writing and verbal

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Providing on-site and remote technical support to telecom operator clients, focusing on our DSL CPE, 5G CPE, Mesh networks, PON, and other networking devices.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Support our sales team in building further SBM (small- and middle-sized business) business relationships.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the collection, maintenance and management of the customer information.
    • Perform the invoice issued and other related transaction process in the ERP system.
    • Accounting and posting of incoming payments, monitoring and clarification of open items, prepare the AR report.
    • Administration, maintenance and optimization of our customers' commercial credit insurance
    • Customer accounts receivable reconciliation and related analysis.
    • Perform the review and analysis of customer sales rebate and related fee.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree or similar, finance related background is preferred.
    • Professional experience in accounts receivable and financial accounting
    • Proficiency in MS Office, experience in using financial software such as SAP is beneficial.
    • Fluent in both German and English.
