A1: The Tapo Robot Vacuums planned to support the Matter protocol include Tapo RV20 Max, Tapo RV20 Max Plus, Tapo RV30 Max, and Tapo RV30 Max Plus.

1) Apple Home plans to add support for robot vacuum type in iOS 18.4 via Matter, which is currently in the beta testing phase. The exact release date will be announced by Apple official website.

Q3: How to add the Tapo robot vacuum to the third-party Matter Hub/Controller
A3: First, you need to successfully add the robot vacuum to the Tapo App and make sure its firmware and the App are up to date. Then, go to Robot Vacuum > Settings > Device Information > Matter Setup Code, find and copy the digital code under the Matter QR code. Next, navigate to the Matter device setup entry in the third-party platform’s App. Paste the digital code there. Once completed, you will see the Tapo robot vacuum on the third-party app's homepage.

Q4: After adding the third-party Matter Hub/Controller, what voice commands can I use to control the Tapo Robot Vacuum?
A4: Since the SmartThings voice assistant does not currently support robot vacuum types, only Alexa's voice control commands are available for now. For details, please refer to the table below.
