TL-WR641G WON THE "DESIGN AWARD" OF PC3 IN HONGKONG

To meet demands of different users, TP-Link provides two kinds of products of the same series, WR641G and WR541G, namely 108M Super G and 54G 802.11g products respectively. Moreover, both the two support XR extended Range technology which greatly enlarge the transmission coverage and strenghthen the signal intensity so that the ability to receive signal improves rapidly. Taking advantage of this function, in some complex environment which covers large area, it’s highly likely to strengthen transmission stability between routers and computers and also save cost which would increase on adding AP when the transmission range is quite large.

Complete subsidiary functions
Both the two Router are equipped with complete functions, including support for 152-bit WEP data transmission encryption and AES encryption through which wireless network can be encrypted. In addition, DDNS is internally built so that specific DDNS service provider’s IP can be processed .As well, general Parental Control and IP Filtering are available. Normally, it will work simply if only users connect the router to the computer and input broadband settings. Quite easy setting steps, suitable for family users.

Great improvement of the appearance, still low price
It is the outlook design which differ from previous simple one that most impress me. It turns the only shortcoming of TP-Link into advantage. Meanwhile, price is pretty attractive, only HKD299, while functions are far more than enough for family users. With 54G and 108M two models, more than one wireless upgrading choices are available.

Basically, the appearance of TL-WR641G and TL-WR541G is same, the only difference is in the LED light of the faceplate and transmission speed.
