How to add a wireless network profile on Windows XP

Step 1
Click on Start-> Control panel, double click on Network Connections.
 
Step 2
Select Wireless Network Connection, right click it and select Properties.
 
Step 3
Choose "Wireless Networks" tab and click Add.
 
Step 4
Uncheck The key is provided for me automatically.
 
Step 5
Type in the Network name (SSID), Network authentication, Data Encryption and Network key according to the wireless settings on your wireless router. Please contact the technician of your wireless router if you have no idea about these information.
 
Step 6
Clickon OK.
 
Step 7
After that, you will see the icon at the bottom of the right corner which means that the wireless networking is working.
