What should I do if the email shows that the link expired when I register cloud account or reset my password?

Step 1

Make sure you click on the link in time. To ensure the security of your account, the link will expire after a set length of time, which is indicated in the email.

Step 2

Make sure you are clicking on the link for the first time because it will automatically expire after you click it once.

Step 3

Please refrain from repeatedly sending the email.

The link to the prior cloud mail will be invalidated, and only the link to the most recent message will be active in order to safeguard the security of your account if you repeatedly activate the cloud mail. We suggest waiting for the email patiently rather than constantly triggering the cloud email since you might not be able to receive it in time due to network delays or other issues.

Please make sure you click on the link from the most recent email if you've already triggered it repeatedly.

If the email link still expires, please contact technical support and provide the following information so we can investigate further.

1. The last time the e-mail was sent

2. The link in the email, please right-click on the link, copy and send it to us
