Question: Whether the TP-Link SFP modules are compatible with third party venders’ devices?

Answer: The TP-Link SFP (small factor pluggable) GBIC transceiver modules support industry standard SFP interfaces and are compatible with the third party venders' devices. But the third party devices must comply with specified supported industry standards and specifications. As we know, some vendors’ products have added some extra code to restrict the use of the third party SFP modules, then only approved SFP modules can work with this kind of devices.
