TP-Link Nordic has established office in Sweden since 2013. In order to continue its rapid growth in the Nordic market, we’re looking for Solution Sales Engineer covering Sweden and Finland.
Job role and responsibilities:
• Work closely with B2B sales team to develop channel, including VAD, VAR, SI, Installer and B2B end-customers.
• Organize trainings and webinars, provide design and project solutions to partners.
• Collect customer product and feature demands, discuss with product and RD team to get them landed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• At least 5 years of professional experience in complex ICT solution sales, including training and webinar presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of network solutions, especially SDN, NaaS, as well as “state-of-the-art” knowledge of current trends in the network environment.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think deeply, strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Successfully completed (technical) university degree or vocational training. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Job role and responsibilities:
This role is a unique combination of product training and account management.
Daily work and channel accounts
- Visiting stores for store level trainings, but also capable of planning and executing bigger local trainings and supporting in Nordic level trainings
- Responsible for selected distributor and Retail/E-tail key accounts, for example, Gigantti, Power.
- Running local campaigns, collect market info, etc
Products
- Technical and commercial knowledge on consumer products and services, mainly networking, mobile broadband and smart home.
- Understand and learn quickly new technologies and market trends, perform competitor analysis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You have at least 4 years of experience of field sales, within IT, mobile or consumer electronics industry. Knowledge on network and/or smart home products is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about training sales personnel, learning and acting as an ambassador for of new technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Finnish and English), with the ability to catch the points in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is required.
