Tapo Care

Currently, Tapo Care service offers subscription payments through four platforms, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Tapo Webpage.

If you want to change your payment platform, you will need to first cancel your subscription on the current platform and then resubscribe on the new payment platform.

If you want to update your payment method, this article will tell you how to change the payment method so that the next auto-renewal uses the new payment option.

Note: Due to the PayPal policy, the billing PayPal account cannot be changed directly. If you want to change it, you'll need to first cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe with the new account.

• Change the payment method on Tapo Webpage

1. Visit the webpage and log in to your Tapo account: Tapo Care | Tapo
2. Select the subscription you want to change the payment method.

3. Click the “Billing Info” and edit the card message.

Kasa Care

Currently, Kasa Care service offers subscription payments through three platforms, including Apple Pay, Android App and Kasa Webpage.

• Change the payment method on Android App and Kasa Webpage

1. Launch the Kasa app, go to Me > Kasa Care > Payment.
2. Click on REMOVE CARD and then select ADD A CARD to update your billing info.

The changes on Kasa Android App will sync to the Kasa webpage automatically.

Note: You will be notified by email if there is any problem with the subscription payment or transactions.
