Introduce the support page of new Omada website

We can now employ technical support solutions for Omada enterprise network products through a comprehensive set of online documents, videos, resources, tools, and support services.

Homepage

The Omada network support homepage is shown below. In this guide, the following 6 modules marked in the figure will be introduced.

1 General Search

Input a product model, resource name, or keyword in the search box, and it will indicate relevant products and articles.

Display the general search box, the text “Omada controller” has been entered.

Press Enter and go to the search results page.

All related products, documents, downloads, bulletins, and community posts will be listed below.

Display the search results page with input “Omada controller”.

In the support page, user can sort the resource list by

  • Relevance
  • Date
  • Visits

And filter the resource list by

  • Product
  • Type
  • Tags

2 Main Features

Support resources are categorized into Documents, Videos, Downloads, and Bulletins.

Search or select a product model and the relevant setup videos / how-to videos will be displayed below.

Click on any video, it will pop up the player window on the current page.

2.3.1 Firmware Download

Search or select a product model and go to the firmware download page.

Display the Firmware Download center.

Take the EAP660 HD V1 for example.

Click on the software you want to download.

Take the Omada Controller for example.

Search or select a product model. The download link will be displayed below.

It's similar to MIBs Files Download.

2.3.5 Declaration of Conformity

It's similar to MIBs Files Download.

Declaration of Conformity is only available in countries or regions that require it.

4 Product Support

Search or select a product model and go to the product support detail page.

Display the Product Support center.

Take the ER605 V2 for example.

5 Contact Support

Display the Contact Support part of Homepage.

  • Online Support - Open a chat window.

Online Support is not available in some countries or regions.

  • Call Support - Call Center service information.
  • Warranty Services - Access the warranty policy and the product registration system.
  • Email Support - Fill out the form to send an email.

Email Support is replaced by Case Portal in certain countries or regions.

Please note that Case Portal requires login.

6 Account

Log in with your TP-Link ID, you can access the Account center from the top right corner of the website.

6.1 Messages

Two kinds of Messages are currently supported.

  • Service Request update
  • RMA Request update

6.2 Bookmarks

View and manage the Bookmarks for

  • Documents
  • Videos

Display the Bookmarks page of Account center. Users can search bookmarks, copy the link of each bookmark or delete bookmark here.
