What if I get error "Unable to connect to the Internet" when setting up main Deco?

Please unplug other Deco units in the package and only power on the main Deco first.

1. Power off your modem and Deco, and leave them off for 1 minute. Then power them back.

2. Connect a computer to the modem directly, and check if the computer has internet access or not.

If there is no internet access on the computer, it’s suggested to contact ISP.

If you have an old router and it's working when connecting to the modem, please check whether you have chosen the correct internet connection type.

If you are not sure, please contact ISP to see whether PPPOE or VLAN ID is required.

3. Change the DNS server on Deco to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 per link.
