1. Make sure all the provided Ethernet cables are connected securely and replace the cables which are old and exposed.

2. Confirm only the main Deco is directly connected to the ISP modem, especially when it is on default wireless router mode.

3. Wire a PC or an old router directly into your ISP modem to confirm whether the modem is still providing internet service. If not, please contact the ISP to troubleshoot the internet service first.

4. Change the DNS server under IPV4 to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 per Link.

5. Clone the MAC address of the old router or laptop to the main Deco per Link.
