How to install and activate Norton 360 after you subscribe to HomeShield Total Security Package
Step 1: After subscribing to the HomeShield Total Security Package, the customer will receive a "Welcome to Norton 360" email in their inbox. Simply click on the "Download Now" button to install the app.
Step 2: Log in or Create an Account
In most cases, your Norton product will automatically activate. If you haven't signed in to a Norton account previously, you need to Log in or Create an Account using the email used to subscribe HomeShield service.
Note: If you're not signing in with the email address used for Total Security Package subscription, you may see a message saying "No Subscription Available." Please ensure you've entered the correct email address and are using the right TP-Link ID to log in.

Step 3: Click Download to install a Norton product on the same device.
Note: To install it on a different device, click PROTECT ANOTHER DEVICE. You may select to send a download link via email or text message, copy and send the link, or scan a QR code.
Step 4: Click "Agree & Download" to proceed with installing the Norton product on the same device.
Note: In certain instances, you may be asked to input a PIN. This occurs during the initial registration of your Norton product. Please open the welcome to Norton 360 email and click the download button, then log in to the account you just registered on the new redirect website. The new redirect website includes the PIN code information, you don’t need to type it manually.
Step 5: Install the Norton Product to safeguard your network device.
Navigate to the top of your browser, access your downloads list, and click on the .exe file. A download progress window will appear. Kindly wait until the installation process is completed.
Step 6: Once installation is complete, the user will be protected.
