Firmware
Una actualización de firmware puede resolver los problemas que pueda tener la versión anterior del firmware y mejorar su desempeño actual.
Actualizar
IMPORTANTE: Para evitar errores de actualización, por favor lea la siguiente información antes de continuar con el proceso de actualización.
- Por favor verifique la versión del hardware de su dispositivo para obtener la versión de firmware. Una actualización de firmware incorrecta podría dañar su dispositivo y anular la garantía. (Normalmente V1.x=V1)
- NO se recomienda actualizar el firmware que no es para su región. Dé clic aquí para seleccionar su propia región y descargar la versión del firmware más adecuada. ( ejemplo, el firmware de la EU y de USA son versiones diferentes del hardware)
- NO apague la unidad durante el proceso de actualización, ya que puede causar daños permanentes en el producto.
- NO actualice el firmware a través de una conexión inalámbrica a menos que el dispositivo de TP-Link sólo tenga conexión inalámbrica.
- Se recomienda que los usuarios detengan todas las aplicaciones de Internet en la computadora, o simplemente desconecten la línea de conexión a Internet desde el dispositivo antes de la actualización.
- Utilice el software de descompresión como WinZIP o WinRAR para extraer el archivo que descargue antes de la actualización.
