We have started launching our Wi-Fi6/Wi-Fi6E/Wi-Fi7 class wireless products. However, some Intel WLAN adapters with old drivers cannot detect the wireless signal of our routers. We recommend that you upgrade the latest driver for your adapter if you are experiencing the issue.

This is the official download link for Intel wireless adapter:

  • Note: Intel AC7265 Family (Rev.C)/AC3160/AC7260 adapters have been End-of-Life (EOL) and drivers are no longer available. We suggest you contact the technical support of Intel or find the driver through a third-party website.
  • If you have any questions about updating the WLAN card, please contact the manufacturer's technical support team for help.

For your reference:

*Note: Intel has listed the driver version that supports 802.11ax Wi-Fi. Please check the driver version of your WLAN adapter:
