    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas like:

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing related role in the field of IT in a b2b market; experience in Channel Marketing or a vendor is a plus
    • HBO/WO think and work level, minimum 2 years’ experience
    • Experienced with marketing content
    • Ability to write marketing texts in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as social media etc.) and market research methods.
    • Some experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office; design software and data apps is a plus.
    • Well-organized and detail oriented.
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
    • Fluent writing and speaking in Dutch and English.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Channel Account Manager - Video Surveillance, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with our partners to promote our video surveillance solutions in combination with our TP-Link Enterprises net working products, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the security industry.

    The individual must have a solid background in video surveillance systems, channel management and sales experience. Alongside their key set of accounts this role will be working closely with the team on partner program development, customers incentives & marketing initiatives, with a particular emphasis on the SMB range of products. The successful candidate will develop a mixture of Channel, SIs, MSPs, VARs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Build trusted relationships with key distribution partners to uncover new opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.

    · Promote TP-Link Enterprises/Omada/VIGI products with channel partners, including channels, resellers, and system integrators.

    · Develop SMB and Enterprise networking solution sales with new and existing customers. With the ability to present, train and educate customers on TP-Link Enterprise networking solutions including Business WiFi, Managed Switching, Routing and CCTV security product categories.

    · Build trusted relationships with key distribution partners to uncover new opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.

    · Develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunity within target customers and provide regular feedback to the management team on open opportunities, competition activity, forecasting and quarterly plans.

    · Work effectively within a team environment and offer support to other areas of the business when required. For example, tradeshows, training activities, customer events.

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

    · You have HBO / WO work and thinking level.

    · You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

    · Minimum of 5 years in sales with a focus on video surveillance products.

    · Good understanding of the local market and how to do business within your specified region.

    · Has existing B2B customer relationships and a good track record of success.

    · IT product sales working with distributions, system integrators, managed service providers and professional Installers. Ideally Networking sales experience but not essential.

    · Strong customer facing skills with competence in training, presentations and professional business planning.

    · Highly motivated, well organised, detail-oriented and possesses good time management skills. Project management experience will be desirable.

The B2B team collaborates with channel partners to understand the challenges, pain points and technical requirements. You will work with these channel partners to become a trusted advisor enabling you to build confidence in TP-Link’s technology infrastructure. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing the technical needs of potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design solutions, and ensure success.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and

    understand and present the technical aspects of TP-Link VIGI products, including IP cameras, network video recorders/decoders, management systems, and accessories.

    · Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our security solutions.

    · Solution Design: Design and implement CCTV network solutions, including camera placement, network topology, bandwidth calculations, and system integration, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.

    · RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in the preparation and delivery of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring technical accuracy and completeness.

    · Technical Training: Provide training and technical support to sales teams and channel partners, enhancing their understanding of video surveillance solutions.

    · Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

    · Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.

    · Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and execution of PoCs, working closely with clients to validate the effectiveness of our solutions in their environments.

    · Feedback Loop: Gather and relay feedback from customers to product management and development teams to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.

     

    Qualifications:

    · Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, computer science, communications, automation, or related fields preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus.

    · Languages: Fluent in English in speaking and writing, Dutch is een pré.
