8406 1. enable the guest network without security to test whether the devices are able to connect to the guest wi-fi.
2. confirm you are connected to the correct wi-fi network.
3. ensure there are no special characters in the ssid and wireless password, such as apostrophes or other characters mentioned here: special characters are not suitable as wi-fi name and password
