HomeShield features availability update
Thank you for your interest in our HomeShield product. As we continue to innovate and enhance our offerings, some features that have been announced are in the process of being rolled out. Below is a detailed breakdown of the current availability status for these features:
1. Network Security - Basic Features:
-Features in Phased Rollout: Wi-Fi Access Control, Camera Security.
- Supported Models: Currently, these features are supported on Deco X50/X55 V1/V1.26, X20 V4.0, X25/W3600 V4.6, X60 V4.6 and XE75 V1 with the latest firmware. Certain firmware versions are in the process of a phased release. Please be patient as we roll it out. Other models will be supported with upcoming software upgrades.
2. Parental Controls - Advanced Features:
- Features in Phased Rollout: Blocked Apps, App Time Limits, Always Allowed Apps.
- Supported Models: As with the above, these features are currently available on Deco X50/X55 V1/V1.26, X20 V4.0, X25/W3600 V4.6, X60 V4.6 and XE75 V1 with the latest firmware. Upcoming software upgrades will extend support to other models.
3. Network Security - Basic Feature:
-Feature in Phased Rollout: Device Isolation.
-Supported Models: This feature is supported on all Deco models and some Wi-Fi 7 Router models. Upcoming software upgrades will extend support to other models.
4. Parental Controls - Advanced Features:
- Features in Phased Rollout: SafeSearch, YouTube Restricted.
- Supported Models: These features are available on all Deco models and some Wi-Fi 7 Router models. Upcoming software upgrades will extend support to other models.
5. Quality of Service (QoS):
- Upcoming Feature: Scene Priority is currently available on Deco X50/X55 V1.
