48938 1. Place Deco in clear sight, not in a closed cupboard or too close to the ceiling. Please click here to find a suitable spot for Deco.
2. Temporarily disconnect the customized home antivirus system if there is any.
3. Relocate the Soundbar/HDMI devices that are working on the same wireless frequency near satellite Deco.
4. Swap the location of the satellites in case the disconnection follows a specific unit.
