How to Use the Local Storage Sharing Feature

Here takes wireless router as an example. The domain name are varied by differnet products please find it on the lable of your product.
The Local storage sharing feature allows you to share a USB storage device that’s connected to the router, (USB Drive or mobile Hard Disk Drive) to other wired or wireless users on the same network. This article illustrates how to access your USB storage device via your computer, which is on the premise that you have already configured the network sharing function on your router. If you don’t know how to do it, please click here to get the specific instruction.
You can access the USB Storage by the following steps:
l For Windows Users:
Press Windows key and Rkey on the keyboard at the same time to open the Run application,
Input \\tplinkwifi.net in the dialog box.
Click OK
For more detailed instruction ,please click:
l For Mac OS X Users:
On the top tray, go to Go > Connect to Server
Input Server Address :
smb://tplinkwifi.net
Click Connect
l For Linux Users:
On the top tray, go toPlaces > Connect to Server
Choose Service typeWindows share
Input Server:
tplinkwifi.net
Input the corresponding Folder name e.g. Volume9
Click Connect
Note:
Some USB storage devices may require using the bundled external power.
