The Tapo APIs enable access to manage and control an account’s devices remotely over the cloud or with the provided SDK. In other words, end users can directly control their Kasa and Tapo devices on your app or platforms. This provides maximum flexibility to integrate our products and yours.
Cloud-to-Cloud Solution
Connect the partner’s cloud and TP-Link Cloud, then users can access and control Tapo devices bound to the TP-Link Cloud by calling the provided APIs.
The Cloud-to-Cloud solution supports only Tapo smart plugs. It does not support smart cameras for data security and privacy protection.
