TP-Link´S NEW 11N STANDARD TL-WR841N WINS AWARD IN HONGKONG, CHINA

TP-Link has been commended for bringing their latest new technology to market at a great affordable price in Hongkong, China. 802.11n is the latest in wireless networking technology and is sure to change the way that average people create networks and connect to the Internet. The article written in Chinese Hongkong´s PC3 Magazine cited a number of features that made TP-Link´s new TL-WR841N stand out.


The article highlighted the TL-WR841N router´s 2x2 MIMO technology enabling 300 Mbps throughput rates, CCA technology avoiding channel conflicts with other wireless equipment for a more stable signal, and the routers advanced WPA/WPA2, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK security, compatible with WEP encryption for more secure connections.

The magazine made a point of mentioning that for most 11g users may not need such high wireless network rates, but that given the fast growing demand for high bandwidth applications such as HD videos and online gaming, that users of 11b protocol wireless equipment may indeed need to change in the near future to keep up with such high bandwidth applications and that given the affordable price of TP-Link´s products, the new Draft N was a great upgrade option.
