TP-Link delivers support to the ISP market with UK launch of agile configuration solutions
16 December 2020: TP-Link®, a leading global provider of consumer and business networking products today announces its support of the Internet Service Providers (ISPs), by bringing its suite of agile solutions - Agile ACS solution and Agile Config solution - to the UK market.
TP-Link’s free Agile Solutions, the agile ACS solution and Agile Config solution, provide ISPs with a fully-functional Wi-Fi management platform to eliminate the need for manual firmware updates to individual routers. With the highly powerful and flexible solution, ISPs can easily reduce operational costs and gain maximum profit, whilst delivering first-class connectivity to their customers.
ISPs are challenged with high on-site maintenance costs, varying WiFi speeds, limited information on deployed devices, as well as a limited pool of reliable troubleshooting partners. By adopting TP-Link’s end-to-end Agile ACS Solution, users can benefit from remote management of devices, decreased costs and diagnostics in real-time.
Another hurdle ISPs are confronted with is devices that need to be manually modified individually, which can be hugely time-consuming and costly. TP-Link’s Agile Configuration Solution is able to assist with this, by enabling providers to perform customised configurations in batches. It also allows for maintaining default configurations even after resetting, making it much easier to configure without the need for sophisticated equipment.
TP-Link provides a range of supported models across its leading range of routers, including the AX1500 Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 Router, AC1350 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router and the AC1200 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router.
Commenting on TP-Link’s new agile solutions, Will Liu, Managing Director of TP-Link UK said, “We are thrilled to be able to offer our agile configuration capabilities to the UK ISP market. ISPs need to be able to configure vast numbers of routers, a highly challenging task which has been heightened by the surge in demand for high-performing connectivity in light of recent events. With our solutions, this allows them to automate the process and take the hassle out of this demanding task. We look forward to working closely with providers to improve operations and support their customers, and continue supporting the ISP market both now and in the future.”
