VIGI Cloud VMS supports multiple accounts for multi-level management. Different account levels have different permissions. This article introduces the differences in permissions for different account levels.

Introduction

The account permission tiers— Admin, Viewer, Live Only, and No Access — provide a clear and structured approach to managing user access within VMS.

Account Description

Admin

Admin account acts as site manager. They can modify the user roles, monitor and manage devices on the site.

Viewer

Viewer account can only watch live view and playback of devices on the site.

Live Only

Live Only account can only watch live view of devices on the site.

No Access

No Access account is not allowed to access the site.
