Objective

VIGI Cloud VMS supports multiple accounts for multi-level management. This article aims to introduce how to create management accounts in VIGI Cloud VMS.

Introduction

To add a manager account in VIGI Cloud VMS, you need to send an invitation to a registered TP-Link ID manually, set its management permissions for the desired site, and then this TP-Link ID will become the manager account with specific management permissions for the site.

 

Configuration

Step 1. Log in to the VIGI Cloud VMS web portal (https://vms.tplinkcloud.com/), and go to Admin > User.

 

 

Step 2. Click Add, enter the invitee’s TP-Link ID and user name, and click Invite and Next.

 

 

Step 3. Configure the account’s permissions for sites and click Confirm.

 

 

Step 4. After receiving the invitation, the invitee should go to the email box to check the email and accept the invitation. Then, the invitee can log in to the Cloud VMS with this account.

 

 

Conclusion

You have now successfully added a new account to the VIGI Cloud VMS.
