What Should I do if my Tapo Floodlight Camera Will Not Power on?

  1. Make sure you have turned on the circuit breaker.
  2. Check that the bracket and camera are firmly attached.

  1. Turn off the circuit breaker and check the wiring. Make sure the Line and Neutral wires are connected correctly. Refer to https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3474/ for detailed instructions.

  1. Turn off the circuit breaker and check that the wires are well-connected to the bracket and the screws are tightened.

  1. Reset the circuit breaker and verify the wires are working properly. Make sure the power supply voltage is 110 V~240 V. It’s recommended to consult with, or have this step performed by a licensed electrician.
