    TP-Link Announces New Manufacturing Base in Vietnam

    Dec 15th, 2018 To bolster the rapid development of its global business, TP-Link announces the establishment of its own manufacturing base in Vietnam to ensure high-quality production and rapid delivery of products. With the cooperation of the world's top logistics providers, TP-Link’s products will ship to over 170 countries and regions around the world quickly and efficiently to optimally meet the needs of TP-Link’s customers and partners.

     

    The Vietnam manufacturing base will cover an area of 140,000+ square meters, configured with 38 SMT production lines. It is expected to have a total production capacity of up to 4 million units/month upon completion, with plans to advance the construction in three phases.

     

    Phase I: Set to commence operations in 2022, this phase will cover 47,000 square meters with a building area of 75,000 square meters and an initial production capacity of 2 million units per month.

     

    Phase II: Slated for 2025, this phase will occupy another 47,000 square meters, expand the building area to 170,000 square meters, and increase production capacity by an additional 2 million units per month.

     

    Phase III: Envisioned as a long-term expansion, this phase will also cover 47,000 square meters and include specialized facilities such as a molding plant, power supply plant, and more, further supporting the site's comprehensive capabilities.
