How to Option Out of Kasa Smart Marketing Emails

In this day and age companies want to keep their customers up to date on the latest happenings and products.  To that regard customers are constantly asked to sign up for email notifications. With this FAQ we will show you how to “opt” out of marketing materials for Kasa Smart products and services.

 

Step 1:  Launch the Kasa App on your IOS or Android phone.

 

Step 2:  Click on the 3-bars “≡” in the upper left corner of the screen

 

Step 3: Click on Settings

 

Step 4:  Click on Email Preferences

 

Step 5:  Click on the Slider for marketing communications to turn off the feature
