The TP-Link community forum has a section that allows for a community member to give a testimonial about their experience with TP-Link, it’s products, services or even support.  Testimonials can range from the ultimate fandom to the not so stellar.   You can detail how a certain feature resolved a nagging issue for you or how you might think our support staff is light years ahead of our competition.  (we hope at least)

So, what isn’t a story?  To start stories should not be a cry for help or request for support.  If you have a support concern that needs attention, please post that in our actual forum section. Stories also are not random jumbles of thoughts that have no purpose.  Stories also do not solicit business, goods or services.

Well then what is a story?  A story is a detailed account of an experience you had with TP-Link.  Whether that experience is good or bad, the story is direct and has a specific purpose; to entertain, delight, inform, help, or encourage other users using direct experience.  Stories can be solution guides to issue you were plagued with or even a “did you know” description about a feature you found useful.  They can detail your experience with support, or a product including your perception of the interaction or product.  Stories don’t need to be long drawn out articles, but they should be detailed and complete so that other users can be clear on what you are writing about.  Because stories are a personal account, they are unique.  Lastly the ultimate goal of a story is to be helpful.  You want your story to be useful for those who read it.
