Q1: Can I create several Kasa accounts? If yes, how can I switch among different accounts?

A: You can create many TP-Link/Kasa cloud accounts, but you can only log in one account on the app at one time. One Kasa device can only be bound to one account at one time. Please log out of the current account before logging with or create another new account.

 

Q2: Can I control the Kasa device on different phones?

You can log in with the same TP-Link cloud account on different phones so your families or friends can also use their phones to control the Kasa smart devices which are bound to your cloud account.

 

Q3: How many devices can I bind to my Kasa account?

 

There is no quantitative limit on the Kasa smart devices that can be controlled by one account.
