If Tether APP fails to manage device remotely, please use 3G/4G network on phone to verify. If the same problem still occurs, please help us check the following information.

1). Router has internet access or not.

If there is no internet access through your TP-Link router, please reconfigure your TP-Link product to provide internet access and test again.

2). If internet is fine on the TP-Link product, please try to unbind your TP-Link product from TP-Link Cloud ID and then rebind it via TP-Link web page.

You may refer to How do I log into the web-based Utility (Management Page) of TP-Link wireless router? Then, please go to TP-Link ID part to unbind and rebind your account.

3). If there has some issues when rebinding TP-Link ID, please check whether the system time of the TP-Link product is correct.

You may go to Advanced-> System tools->Time Settings on TP-Link web management page. If necessary, please manually modify the NTP server in time Settings and search the best local NTP server in your own country.

4).Modify the DNS Server of the TP-Link product.

Go to Advanced->Network->Internet, click on Advanced option in the middle of this page and change DNS server into 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
