What should I do if I cannot block client devices anymore?

1. Please login the web interface of TP-Link product by referring to How to log in to the web-based interface of Wi-Fi Routers (new logo)?

2. Go to Access Control---Host. On Host Settings page, you will see totally 16 devices with their own MAC addresses.

3. Go to Tether APPClientsBlocked Devices, you will see some blocked devices with their MAC addresses as well.

4. Compare with MAC addresses on Host Settings page and MAC addresses on Blocked Devices of APP, then please delete items on Host Settings page which are not displayed on Blocked devices of APP.

5. Try again to block your clients, if you still have the same issue, please contact TP-LINK Technical Support.
