What Should I do If I Can’t Connect to my Main Deco’s Default Wi-Fi Network During Setup?

If you are unable to connect to your Main Deco’s default Wi-Fi network during setup, please unplug any other Deco units from the package, only powering on the Main Deco. Then, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure the LED on the Main Deco is pulsing blue. If not, please press and hold the reset pinhole for 1 second, then wait approximately 2 minutes until the Deco’s LED changes from solid yellow to pulsing blue.
  2. Toggle Wi-Fi off on your smartphone, then turn it back on.
  3. Restart your smartphone or try a different smartphone if possible.
  4. Set a different Deco node from the package as the main Deco unit via the Deco app. See: How to Set up the Satellite Deco or a new Deco to be the Main Deco.
