How to Configure NordVPN OpenVPN Client Manually on a TP-Link Wireless Router
A VPN Client is used to create VPN connections for devices in your home network, allowing them to access a remote VPN server. To use the VPN feature, simply configure a VPN connection and choose the client devices you want to connect through the VPN on your TP-Link Wi-Fi router, then these devices will access the Internet via the encrypted VPN tunnel. For instructions on how to set up and use this feature, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the web-based interface of the router. For instructions on how to do so, please refer to How do I log into the web-based Utility (Management Page) of TP-Link wireless router?
Navigate to Advanced → VPN Client, and enable the VPN Client option.
2. In the Server List section below, there is an 'Add' option in the upper right corner. Click on it and select “Set up manually”.
3. Select OpenVPN, fill in the description and the credentials, and import the .ovpn file you obtained from NordVPN.
If you're not familiar with how to obtain .ovpn files and credentials, please refer to: How to get a configuration files from an OpenVPN service provider?

All done! You have finished the manual configuration steps and can now enable your OpenVPN Client-Server connection, and select VPN clients to connect to NordVPN via OpenVPN.
