Why is my TP-Link Adapter not Working with my Bluetooth Device?

If your TP-Link Bluetooth Adapter is not connecting with your Bluetooth device, please note the following:

1. Make sure your device supports Bluetooth connectivity.

2. Ensure you have installed the latest Bluetooth driver on the computer. You can check the published driver versions from https://www.tp-link.com/download-center.

3. Compatibility may not be guaranteed for devices with non-standard or proprietary Bluetooth protocols, such as Logitech Mice.
