How to Enable Accessibility permissions for the KidShield App on an Android Phone
Accessibility permissions are essential for Parental Controls functions. The authorization process may be different for different models. If you cannot authorize the accessibility permissions, please refer to the instructions in this guide. If the problem still exists, you can contact our technical support for further assistance.
The steps provided in this guide are for a few of the most common devices available
Samsung Galaxy S Series:
- In Settings look for Apps. Then, look for and tap on KidShield. Tap on More Options Icon in the upper right corner
- Tap Allow Restricted Settings
- Open the KidShield app and go to the Accessibility Permissions page. It will jump you to the Samsung Settings. Tap on KidShield and tap Allow to enable permissions.
Samsung Galaxy A Series:
- Open Settings then go to Accessibility. Tap on Installed Apps
- Tap on KidShield
- Tap on The Toggle by Off
- Tap on Allow
Google Pixel:
- Open Settings then go to Accessibility. Tap on KidShield
- Toggle Use KidShield
- Tap Allow
